Everdrop accepts returns for defective and non-defective products, and we accept exchanges — including empty 19L bottle swaps for returning customers in Pakistan.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, unsealed, or otherwise unsatisfactory — or if you simply need to return an unused item — contact us and we will arrange a return.
Exchanges
We accept product exchanges. Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we will arrange a replacement or swap on the next delivery where possible.
Empty 19L bottle exchange
Returning customers can hand empty 19L bottles to our delivery team on the next order. We exchange them for freshly filled, sealed bottles at no extra charge. Everdrop does not charge an empty bottle deposit.

Condition & timing
